I am not an art critique, but would like to say a couple of things about your image.
The image caught my emotional side and pulled me into your image. You have an excellent eye for photography.
The emotional element in this is the most compelling and important piece to your art.
The only thing I could think of that might use improvement is the lighting, but this may have been from the developing of the print. It's a little flat. (this does not detract from you image)
You should consider yourself more than a beginner.
