About	I LIKE TAKING PICTURES AT NIGHT, ESPECIALLY OF LANDMARKS IN PHILADELPHIA. I LIKE THE WAY THE PHILADELPHIA ATR MUSEUM WAS LIT AND THE REFLECTION IT GAVE OFF ON THE WATER, SO I DECIDED TO TAKE THIS PHOTO AND CALL IT NIGHT ART, BECAUSE ALL THE ART IS LOCATED INSIDE OF THE MUSEUM AND IT WAS AT NIGHT AND THE ART MUSEUM WAS MY MAIN FOCUS.

I think that white building in the background should be sharp at least - especially since it is supposed to be the main subject.
