Hello Dr. This is gorgeous. Love the feast of colors and birds, boats, perfect rounded sun... Looks like a poster, could easily be sold at any travel agents or tourism dept.
Btw, you mentioned that you used photoshop here. It might be helpful to know what did you do with the PS, such as color adjustment or so...

Good concept well captured. Just enough detail to prevent everything from seeming to be a black mass (though that too can look nice).
Shame about the outboard motor. Call me a romantic but such boats should be powered by muscles or wind alone :)
The horizon is tilted slightly to the right, easily corrected. It's a common problem, I have it all the time (which may be why I readily notice it afterwards, I look for it in my own scans all the time).
Maybe a bit more room at the top would work well, your composition as it is seems a bit cramped.
