It's an interesting photo Srna. In my opinion, more a portrait than a street shot. I like to think street photography is about: patterns in human formations; interactions between people, light and shade; social expressions, etc.
Your photo looks like portrait of a Policeman on his way to court.
Interesting and well done never-the-less
