Wow. Very nice shot! I especially appreciate it since I've just been trying to take extreme close-ups with my G3 and now know that macro shots aren't as easy as they look.

great colors, focus and presentation. I wish the lighting would have allowed a bit smaller appature to increase the DOF. Nice Job!

Nicely done, TJ. The colors and the composition are just short of SPECTACULAR. Some people might comment on the wingtip being cut off, but it doesn't bother me. The only comment I have would be either have a little more DOF or shift the focus point so that the eye region is sharp. Right now, the right wingset base is very crisp and the head is a little soft.

I know, I know. This was a once in the lifetime opportunity. Well, you took good advantage of it. Any more from this group of five or six? Would be marvelous to see.
