Thank you for kindly noticing my photo Agniva!
You picked right up on the story line. The star
trails is a digital rain filter and after putting
this image together I wished I haden't used it
and just left it like the other but with the red
light alone. I deeply appreciate your thoughtful
imput and appreciatation of the image.

This is photoart at its best. The image looks almost like a painting. Upon first look, it is a bit confusing. The photograph takes time to sink in. But its beauty comes out in a while. Brilliant vision. Not sure if I completely understand the aspiration behind this art. A little bit of back story/suggestive elaboration would have greatly helped the viewer in understanding this image. However, the apparent message of good and bad is quite captivating.

BTW... did you superimpose star trail on the right side of the image?
