About Photo taken in "contre jour".
--------------------------------
The image symbolizes the moment the soul ( ka ) leaves the body.

The body is symbolized by the house, in red warm earth color, color also used for the root chakra.

The soul returns to his spiritual 'home', surrounded by the yellow white love of God.
-----------------------------------------------

The Ka (k3) was the Egyptian concept of spiritual essence, that which distinguishes the difference between a living and a dead person, with death occurring when the ka left the body. The Egyptians believed that Khnum created the bodies of children on a potter's wheel and inserted them into their mothers' bodies. Depending on the region, Egyptians believed that Heket or Meskhenet was the creator of each person's Ka, breathing it into them at the instant of their birth as the part of their soul that made them be alive. This resembles the concept of spirit in other religions.

Thank you, sir.
Question:
The Holy Ka-aba is in Mekkah. What is the meaning of the word, is the Ka as used in Ka aba the same as the word Ka as used in old Egytian religion
Please advice

Thanks for your words, suddenly I have found an answer on an question I had for long times.
I may get back on that subject later.

Yes, I agree with your description. I even see so many similarity between the religions of the Egyptians and Christianity, I even belief it is the same story, same fundamental basis, only each one in a different time and in a different house with other windows and colors and symbols. But the basics is similar.
Possibly other religions have the same basics ......... ;)

Perfect timing, Harry; excellent shot!
And I like the reference to Ka. Egyptians had really many things resembling to other later appearing religions; most people even don't know about high level of their thoughts about morality, soul, ethics, people know mostly about mummies ;)
Looking at some paintings presenting Last Judgement in christianism, I always thought someone was inspired by the Judgement from Book of the Dead; the scale, putting there one's heart, comparing good and bad deeds, etc. and I told that on final high school exam :p

Cheers,
Ania
