I think the flags prevent our eye from wandering off the top right corner. It brings us back to the image. And the slight curve of the ropes is a nice opposition to the curve of the dome. The image is a bit dusty, but the light is great and the colors too. Well seen.

Small flags that cross the sky on the upper right of the picture , stole a bit of concedntration on the picture , but at all is a nice picture. best regards
