About Sprig of flowering quince, focus stacked, 11 frames. The reason I focus stack is so as to keep a wide aperture and yet obtain as much depth of field that I might want. Wide aperture gives a nice background bokeh and avoids diffraction issues with small apertures. For this range of focus, f/22 would not have been enough!
