Hi Saad... I think this was probably accomplished when I took it down from original size and may have overcompensated with the back ground sharpness and channel mixing... I did want it to be a high key and completely in focus orchard as well as dancer... because she is part of the poetry and symmetry of the shot... in it's whole blurring the background would change that feel... but I may have gone too far... thanx for the opinion... hope that explains what I was going for... everything is a learning process for me Cheers Dan :)

let me tell you this Dan,the sharpness of nearly everything in the shot is more than the sharpness of the dancer,leading to great distraction,extreme in fact.just my humble opinion,is to blur a little everything but the dancer.
I mean total good.
