Hi James,
I've lived in Canada for most of my life. One thing we miss here that you have an abundance of in Europe is all that ancient stuff laying around. Maybe we make up for it in wildlife, landscapes and rustic images. :) I suppose the grass is always greener on the other side. I just know my camera would be going non stop over there.
I know exactly what you mean by a "mystical" mood when in the presence of a place like this. Our minds do tend to get carried away sometimes. I even feel it when doing images of old abandoned vehicles, or walking on an old path in the forest that has some history attached.

Hi Andre! Thanks for your comments. I see what you mean about the similarities in the churches! (great shot by the way). Ireland is litered with these type of country churches in various states of disrepair which only lends itself (when the lighting is right)to this mystical mood that I find when I'm in their presence. Kind of creepy don't you think! (maybe I could do with some therapy!) Be good! Kind regards.......JIM
