About This is a humpback whale in Brazil Baleia Jubarte. Are humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae), mammals up to 16 meters in length and can weigh 40 tonnes and this picture was taken near the island of Abrolhos, which is in the National Marine Park of Abrolhos Caravelas in the extreme south of Bahia in Brazil. The park is visited by tourists and scuba diving (PAD, NAUI and CMAS) of the world for its clear waters, wrecks, shallow, and several endemic species.
