Ahora sí te entiendo perfectamente, y en efecto, casi todas la cualidades que le otorgamos a las cosas: grande, alto, feo, bueno, malo, incluso el color mismo, no están en los objetos, sino que surgen de nuestras convenciones y percepciones...
En cuanto a compartir un café, una cerveza, o lo que sea y conversar en persona, para mí sería un honor, un placer y una gran satisfacción...:-). Te cuento al respecto que hace unos días nos pudimos reunir en Buenos Aires, Luis Steinberg, Txules y yo, y realmente la pasamos muy bien. Ojalá tengamos una oportunidad con vos también.

Gracias Turi, valoro mucho tu visita, y bueno, soy un buscador de imágenes nuevas aunque a veces rompa demasiado las reglas y corra muchos riesgos mmm, digamos, estéticos...:-). Interesante tu calificación de "fobismo fotográfico", por mi parte me encantó el resultado, aunque Julia (mi hija y modelito de la mayoría de mis retratos) sigue enojada!...

We will have the opportunity to talk face to face, Gustavo. It's only a matter of time. So I wait until the time comes.
Here again a more "schematic" elaboration.
1) The cliché of the "evil" in our minds.
2) The cliché of a twisted kind of "innocence" at the same time.
3) The questioning of both. Why is something "evil" or "innocent"?
4) The impossibility to give a logical answer.
5) The conscious discarding of these concepts. They are only the results of instints.
The whole question here is: Why should something be "evil" or "innocent" only for being what it is? Is a scorpion "evil" because of its deadly sting?
The answer in the purely logical, neutral consideration is: Something can be "evil" or "innocent" only under the priorly defined measures of the humanum. There is no "evil" or "innocent" per se but only per definitionem. The is no "bad" and no "good" nature without the human system of values, and why should those human made values be taken absolutely? In the same sense, there is no god and no demon without the human mind that first constructs them. There is no ethics without the cognitive self-referencing "I", since nature doen't know "good" or "bad". It only knows necessity.
Example: Galaxies collide and eventually existing civilizations on plantes disappear into nonexistence. It would be laughable to name the universe "evil" for that. Exactly as laughable as to name it "holy" just because some humanoids happen to live on a planet near the sun. The universe doesn't care about such things. It is only human categorisation to name it "good" or "bad". Only flat romantic minds insist on such romantic thoughts since else they would have to face what they fear most. The absence of such easy means for quick and dirty understanding of the world. They would have to think, and as Brecht once said, thinking is hard!
This was what I wanted to compress in some few sentences in my previous message.

ja...ja...y sí, te tengo asumido!... Bueno no era mi intención agradar, por eso los verdes "enfermedad", los rojos sangre, el tercer ojo y esa mirada un poco demoníaca (la verdad a mí me encanta el resultado, no te lo puedo negar!). Tampoco el extremo, por eso atemperé la intención con un retrato bonito y amable de Julia, que sigue sin perdonarme...:-)
Bueno Luis, salir airoso con atardeceres y flores bonitas es muy fácil, vos sabés que yo prefiero correr ciertos riesgos en pos de imágenes que aporten como mínimo, un granito de arena de algo nuevo... esa es mi búsqueda y aprecio que la valores.

Tampoco tenés la aprobación de Luis, pero eso ya lo tenés asumido por default...en fín mas que perturbadora...muy compleja llena de elementos que distraen por encima de la imágen.- El tratamiento de edición digital del rostro es sinceramente feo...no me gusta...Ahora bien el torso tiene un efecto agradable, armónico... me va....

A very strong and definite sense for macabre occultisme here, Gustavo. The quietness of expression seems to introduce the silent supreme cursed evil essence of the damned, but then again also the doubt about the content, the objectivity of such a concept, which as it seems may lead to the conclusion that it is only a result of suggestive misconception of belief. I.e., how can the idea of the devil stand for a threatening evil, when that guy has the same horns and hooves which any nice grass earing goat also has? ;-)
Very good, very careful carried out retouching operations, which resulted into a distinct kind of "twisted beautiful" look. But I think that a different background would perhaps empower the artificial reality that you introduce here. Perhaps something completely photo-realistic as opposed to the juxtaposition-like look of the protagonist? Hard to say, isn't it?

Tu hija es una muy adorable señorita, no importa la manera artistica de que sea tratada.
Me gusta que los ojos guardan una expresión candida y al mismo tiempo un poco extraña.
Huy notado que usas muchos simboles en tus trabajos, la espiral, el remolino, incluso el rojo, el color de la sangre y de la vida, el símbolo de poder,suerte y protección.
No sé si haces esto intuitivamente o deliberadamente (en este caso tú comprende la Tradición), sino lo haces y lo haces bien.
Bono, es un bello trabajo y él yo plait mucho(muchos).

Varios puntos interesantes como el tercer ojo en la frente, el color de los ojos, la boca y tal vez un fuerte rojo símbolos en todo el cuerpo..
Al principio me asusta .. pero una segunda inspección, hay un aire sarcástico de Julia. Una leve sonrisa y los ojos el color rosa le da un toque lúdico de la imagen que el o trabajo psicodélico?

Quite unmistakably your lovely Julia. It wouldn't matter how much you tried to camouflage her pretty little face you could never disguise her beautiful eyes.
