what i like about this shot is.. the perfect focus and clarity you got with this shot. What i read about Sony Cybercam Digital cameras is, they are equipped with a laser, which bounces back giving you the accurate focus under low light conditions. I have a Nikon Coolpix 4500, and under low light focus goes out of whack.. I also, took the liberty of taking your photo and run it thru photoshop and desaturated it, increased contrast by 30% and made it look more bluish.. tell me Diana.. what do you think? Hi Diana. First, thanks so much for the effort on my shot 'Cute Kid'. Certainly not offended, very grateful for the trouble you went to and what I learnt from it. Interestingly though I had not worked on his eyes, just used the focus tool in PhotoImpact on the overall photo.
Now, this shot is fantastic. It combines the wonderful imagery of a child at play, we can all rememeber (I hope) when where you were was the most important moment. The background is complimentray, especially given that he is playing a computer game, it is almost surreal and hi-tech.
