I've never heard of Monte Enebro but the cheese produced in the province of Malaga is truly heavenly!

Excellent shot of these beautiful goats! I wonder if these are the goats of my favorite cheese... it is called a Monte Enebro and only one cheesemaker in Spain makes it. If you haven't tried it yet, you must... it is absolutely heavenly, just like your goat/hearder images! Beautiful, beautiful work, Tony! 7/7
