smoke has proved to be a challenging subject, it is really unpredictable, and you really cant control it.. plus when it moves, you can lose focus really fast... so the fact that all those variables came together for this image is a miracle.. :) thank you so much Aj for stopping by and commenting on my image..

Now you are becoming seriously creative! That is a superb concept, with an echo of the shapes of the flower in the smoke.

an interesting concept of disparate subjects - I don't know if this was intentional, but to see these two side by side it almost comes across as a comparison of transitory states - the smoke will dissipate, the flower will wilt, leaving the only proof of their once intimate photographic coupling here in the photo itself - great work
