I like this - it is right on for color, comp, and DOF.
I will say quietly that I am not sure about your frames all the time either but I am addicted to the things so I understand...

Bad things first :) : I don't like the framing here, as well, but it is much less intrusive (ie better) than in the other picture I commented. The left edge of the flower is rather soft, I am not sure why. On the positive side, the picture is original and the yellow/green combination works very well. The dark part on the left is nice, as well. The ring of small 'things' emphasize the central green part (I need to find a flower nomenclature ! )
