Welcome to the Beatles UF blog.... can you name the drummer before Ringo?

I have a pic somewhere of the Albert Hall... from 1998, when Nathan and I traipsed about London...

to finish the conversation from last night... "Curious George"... the next day after the chimp attack... a newspaper had the headline...."Furious George"... I am still laughing... and I have heard today, the victim lost both eyes and lower jaw.... and most of her face.

I will say (for what it's worth [Buffalo Springfiled] )... George was the least respected of the lot.

yeah.. but Georges last album is worth a listen.. Brainwashed, not as good I think as Cloud 9 his second last but it is a great album there is not a bad song on it.. what a fine song writer.. I mean if you really really listen to Old Brown Shoe... the melody is complex and yet rockys as well.. damned fine talent that boy

"I'm a loooooooser...." Just as good... great stuff....

We are kindred spirits wiff the "Boys"... and yet few will remember us....

I do so love the oldE Beatles. If ya ever pop yer face (and LL's face) into Seatonville, we will sit about the fire and toast (John and marshmellows) and talk of those who have written music I will never rise to.

yeah tho the Late Great Johnny Aces voice is well cool on that.. but on that album (titled Beatles For Sale in Oz) 1st song side 2 is it.. No Reply.. stunning middle 8.. its giving me goosebumps... "if I were you I'd realise that I"
