Just a note... the US government initiated this whole economic crisis thingy... Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac are government controlled mortgage houses... if ya take the Gov... OUT of the equation... you would be doing just fine. The whole economic bailout mess with MY money..... is a gov. scheme... It is not the investor... it is NOT the middle income bloke what just works and pays taxes... it is the entrenched government what is mucking up the works.

kekeke yeah rite.. as if.. no wonder your great land is leading the world headfirst down the economic toilet.. no government doesn't need to regulate, self regulation is the way to go.. no you dont need to service your debt if you dont want to live in the McMansion you bought just walk off and feck the debt someone else will pay.. so now the taxpayer (ie YOU) are going to have to foot the freakin bill.. it starts at the middle and works outwards roll on roll on recession.. just what I needed...
