This months project on innocence makes me think.. I don't think there is any innocence in permanence; it doesn't seem to me that innocence exists in children or dreams... But it is something that comes and goes to everyone, from time to time. And this is Julia, in the first days of our friendship, in october 2008. She had let me take a few photos of her, though she doesn't like to see herself in photos. She was hiding behind her hair, but I didn't know it then. This was not a photo that I took thinking about innocence, but this is just Julia as she is, and I think innocence exists in her here... I didn't change anything in the picture, hope you'll like it!
