Overall I like this picture. It is well exposed and has a nice clarity to it. I think however if you could brighten up the city buildings in the lower left hand corner of the image it would add a little more pop to the image. Also, for me the sky is to empty. If you cropped about the top third of this image I believe that it would draw attention to your main subject (the city and surrounding mountains). Anyway these are just suggestions. Well done on this image.
