Thank you so very much, Andre. This has first been selectively layered with a 'neon' type glow, then yes, I've overlaid that with a blurred version of the whole thing which I've made transparent to about 65%, if that makes any sense to you. I use Microsoft Picture It as my software. It is a very old software.

This almost gives them a negative look. Very interesting.
I've tried sandwiching together a normal image and a duplicate file that has been blurred and set to about 10% opacity. That creates a nice glow in some cases too.
Is that the same process you use?
