A very expressive low-key portrait, Luis, the details of which add dramatic and strentgh, especially on the face of the old woman. The one sided lighting makes the symmetry of the face even more interesting, as the highlights on the left seem to be transformed to the according shadows on the right. The exposure balance enahnced that game very weel!
BTW, did you use a wide-spotlight directed toward her?
Anyway, the only thing I think about is perhaps cropping a bit of the right.
