Hi AJ..

I see what you meen.. WOW! Great portfolio!
I have a lot of "work" to do, your shots are outstanding. The use of flash is important to make the pictures what whe are looking for.
Next time I'll try a smaller apperture (maybe up to f32), and use milk (?) on a glassplate.
Look foreward to find some time to find-out!

Thanks for your comment en inspiration.

Ivona,
Thanks for momment... and for the link to Koc!
I agree your title "master". WOW, he's realy making great shots and coloured in the perfect way.

This is what I like about usefilm, it's inspiiring and creating new perspectives.

Thanks,
Robin

I meant the other way, Robin! I used f32 on my last drop shots... But yes, a lower perspective could be worth investigating.

Thanks AJ... you're right about the dof, but my lens just goes to 2.8 unfortunately..
Next time I will bend a little down to get the right focus.

Thanks,
Robin

Nicely formed drop and lovely tones - a play of just orange and white. I especially like the way the drop is framed by the orange arc in the background. Well done!

Although it's sharp at the top, perhaps just a little greater depth of focus using a smaller aperture would enhance this even more.
