no... just the corel's program... the rocks and ground is just a filter and the sky the same filter but I use the smert tool to make it looks like paint in circled moves of the mouse.

The thumb picture showed me a look-alike blue-white stripes of your national flag. Looking somewhat better all kind of stone and sky patterns make a characteristic photo-painted scene. Some artist around?
