See what I mean? The municipal authorities themselves followed the way of the graffiti maker in this case. Blind destruction of property is bad, but to give some little more color to that otherwise only grey concrete... well, who could ever have something against that? It's just a matter of common sense, I guess. The cities are grey indeed, but in sime cases some more potential is to be discovered on all those walls, if we only just keep reasonable.
