Has an alice in wonderland feel to it. However, its just not sharp - not sure if this is lack of sharpening in PS or unsteady hand. Secondly tjhe lighting feels a bit flat - you can crank up the contrast / curves in PS. Get some diogital grain going ot give the shot some feel. Finally, she is looking up and outward - give her some space in the photo to look into - too central atm.
