About	3701 Van Buren street in Gary. After moving from the Brunswick area (my grandparents house was in the “Brunswick” area) we settled here, in West Glen Park. This was the yard I spent most of my childhood in. I remember it as being larger and greener. There use to be a plum tree straight ahead and a bit to the right. From 1963 to 2000... things had changed. I lived in the house on the left. We had a dog!!! I just remembered this after 45 years. We had a dog named Kitty-cat. A dog named after a cat...... crazy stuff.

I cannot remember Aunt Rudy ever visiting this house...but if she did, I am sure she would have chased me with her shoe and caught me and beat me stupid...all the while yelling, "What a stupid and crappy house you live in!!!" lol... kekekekek
