Alvin. Yes G3. I probably took twenty photos of which maybe 5 or 6 were interesting. It was taken indoors, water dripping in a clear blue bowl, with an external flash either manual focus or using the autofocus assist aimed at the splashdown point. Thanks for your comments.

This is an amazing shot! Very interesting composition and very sharp! And you shot it with a G3? How many shots did you have to take to get this one? And how do you get the digi camera to respond fast enough to capture the water drop?

A Vonbank. You are quite right. The only additional lens was a close up lens. 380ex Flash for fill. Water dripped into a blue bowl next to a red counter. Small tripod, everything gets wet.Thanks.
