Great POV and light in the image. Just keep shooting with your Canon in manual with the meter centered. Time will draw you close too it. Takes a while to trust a new tool. Your eye and skill will always be there. Nothing wrong with your trusty back up so never feel you have to abandon the comfort you have with it. Just remember 40% of women say that there backside is to big and the other 60% say that they married a big one!! hehehe! It is all good my dear.

Still dont feel very comfortable with my new camera, does that sound strange? I really have to
struggle much more for getting the light right as
well because its darker and bad weather all the
time I guess:) For my trip in a few weeks I will
bring both cameras for sure:)
