yes my friend ,you are totally right,
the usual setting of my camera is center focus,and sometimes when taking photos such as this ,I forgot to return it to a wider focus points,my best wishes,and thank you for the detailed comment,

Lovely tones and textures Saad, I cal almost smell it. Because of the drop in resolution at the edges, especially at the right side (lens?) I'd be inclined to crop in a little tighter.

truly excellent Saad, reminds me one of my recent pcitures (http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1468618) but i think this is better, really splendid light, textures and shapes; we use a lot of garlic in Spain :)
