I got a prog for you and its free and a dam good pic viewer as well as a photo touchs as well, download it oh and it dose you text and size as well, just open it useing the prog and draw a reqtangel box then go edit menus and type what ever and change size, letter type colour bold and itelic! weee!!!!! oh better send you the name, i use it all the time! its called Ifran View go here
