I like the way the woman is dwarfed by the building. And the slight angle you've shot at, I would have been tempted to shoot straight on. She's looking at you suspiciously, I hope you can run faster than her!

I appreciate the use of traditional black and white film for photos like this. In this particular photo you have made the most of the bare wall behind the woman as well as the empty street in front of her. Although it conveys a sense of cold isolation, it keeps the spark of the human element alive.
