About
As we were coming up to our forth week of living out of a tent and the weather up until that point had been mostly rain, snow and fog, I had to grab those brief moments where sunspots appeared and make the most of it. As I look back despite being wet-ish most of the time, the dramatic moments that we did experience were all the more important to capture. The very fact that we were tenting it allowed us to stay in areas we thought would bring the most bang for the buck, even though it was the most comfortable. Often the night temperatures dove below freezing during the night. Debbie wore all her clothes to bed, with just a peep hole exposed out of the sleeping bag for air, allowing frost to form around the rim of her seal like breathing hole. Needless to say she got up early waiting for the sunrise that was never to come....just more rain and fog....
