Which photographer of the two do you mean, Harry? The photographer that is about to capture the pair or the photographer that captured "the pair and the photographer that is about to capture the pair"?
The latter did a very good job in the sense of an image that carries the atmosphere of those oldies with so much character and "history" on them. The overall transition from brown to green did much for that certain touch. I guess you did that with PS, or was that already the original image? Anyway, it is very tasteful and I would readily take it as a good example for adding some certain touch without turning the image to the usual result of insatiable appetite for 350 filtering processes. It is exactly that lttle bit, that keeps the atmosphere and the look and feel intact.
Good details over the whole depth too, and quite a good balance in composition. There is no too much and no too little as far as I can see.

Harry just forget to answer,I have liked the very slow graduation of color from brown at the bottom,to green at the top,really I haven't seen such graduation and really it is a unique one,is it an edited one or it is nature,my regards,

Traditionally yes, a professor was a man with a bold face and glasses. Nowadays a wise man can walk in jeans, have plenty hair etc. I think the ' wise man' is an antique item here nowadays.
Somehow it is more important to have a good carreer, status, bla bla. And I hope that vision will change soon because it only promotes greed and envy. I hate it.
