Srna,
It was my decision to change medication 5 weeks ago. I was on citaprolam 3@20mg/day and did not give me what I needed. The sun itself is not the problem, it triggers old feelings and thougts of "I am not welcome, I should be dead, I cannot do good, its my fault i did it wrong, i should do exactly as the other wants, sorry that I exist" etc.
Now I had last week a good anger attack on figting a few of these. The energy came from the sun. So I need the sun for energy and anger to release the pain, but after release I am so tired I need to rest in darkness for the next wave. That can take a week or two.
The medication is needed for the basic energy suppport.
So my healing is that I have thoughts that replace my self rejection thoughts at the moment:
- I love myself
- what I do is good
- I accept myself
- I want to live
- I do what I want
-
And old pain is gone
I noticed the old pain in stored somewhere in the front side of the heart, at the left side. A 2 weeks ago I could release that old pain. It went from the place I indicated to the stomach and then via vomit to the outside. It was burning like hell but I released quite a bit.
Now I am in a kind of recovering/waiting zone to have enough energy for the next wave.
Already felt a glimpse of anger this afternoon, 10 second.
Rest and wait is all I can do plus meditate, chi kung etc

Only you know. One time I felt a visitor and was 'angry' and asked him to show himself to me. I saw an angel, not in the room but in my forehead and I saw the wings were attached at the height of the lungs, not mounted at the shoulders as on pictures.
I am ready and open for whatever you send me to heal me. People that were born in an unsafe family never 100 % incarnate, their soul always remains loose from the body and sensitive.
I wait for you, I state I am open for you.
