About I turned off the room light and spent awhile of my time with a candle light. it was so appealing ,was reminding me of my childhood,when the electricity were cut off. the dancing flame of candle,the colorful candle wick, the shadows around,all of them are naturally full of spirit for me,and i love to sit and look at it for hours...
it wipe any badness away from my heart and just makes me feel closer to it.

believe me ,it's got a very high natural energy,the same for any other fire flame. Try to concentrate on the flames and the colors, your soul will be soften more and more...
it's got a very strong metaphysical energy going through your body's chakras...
