Thanks for the detail comments Adam. I apprecicate your detailed observations and
remarks. As for composition.........not at choice ( me /or/ any photographer) have much control over live animals... you take what you can get with animals and kids....you can encourage...but direction is not a real choice....I can control how much I black out beneath the animals afterwards.....in some of my later editing of this I left in the platform they are sitting on in...which was also the same color as the background....but a just bit lighter.

What a neat shot. Cats/kittens are always wonderful subjects because they're rather unpredictable. I really like the black and white nature of this, and yet the inclusion of the simple pinks and blues really give it something to move the eye around. It is nicely lite, but I think the compositionis a little weak. It is kind of akward how the cats float in the center area. They do have good positioning, but having them going of the edge may have grounded them. Either way it is an excellent shot, great work.

Yes indeed you are great Verna. There is just nothing thats out of place here. You waited for the perfect moment and caught it so well. The composition couldn't be better and the crop seems ideal with the space surrounding the cats. Just a great job.
