( SORRY) yes sir I figured that the photo IS as if it was double exposed,the distribution of snow white patches is so unevenly distributed ,that is why I told myself its unbelievable phenomena for a snow to fall in this way and I excluded the manipulation from my mind.this lead to a dilemma in understanding the nature about this excellent photo .
all the reason I don't do manipulation to my photos

umm its a bit weird Saad.. its a two layered image the bits of whitish grey stuff (second layer) sort of reminded me of snow falling .. so thats why I called it Snow.. thats all
