Thanks for your comments Jan. As for the white speckles, they are seabirds taking shelter on the rock stack from the approaching storm.

That particular part of England is aptly named - and so very well captured by you. Definately a moody seascape. The water treatment is super - but sure do wonder what those little white speckles are that appear on that wonderful rock in the foreground.

Amazing shot. I love the colors and use of waves. The deep blues in the sky are so perfect for that water.The composition is spot on. How long was this exposure?
