Nice capture, wonderful vibrant colors, may be slightly over saturated as Edmond said but I like it and the composition with the antenna is wonderful.

This kingfisher is a very good model for taking, but i'm afraid that 20-80mm is not enough for this picture.
Focus is a bit soft here, and I think the red colour is a bit saturated, just my own opinion.
