About Shot on Kodak Gold colour 400 film (out of date 2005) given to me by my father. ISO rated at 200 then cross processed in b&w chemistry (Ilfosol 1:9) for 18 minutes at 24C. Fixed and then slightly bleached for 10 minutes in citric acid (10g/l at 24C) before refixing. Scanned as a colour negative and then converted to b&w in PS. Slight crop and Mr Contrast filter.

Subtile harmonie dans la composition...le fort contraste donne à cette photo beaucoup de puissance...

Reminds me a bit of a Holga shot Paul. I like it and the tones very much, the touches of grain give it a old vintage photo feel, the composition is for me, poetic, lovely low perspective shot into the sun...beautiful and sooooo peaceful...well done!! :)

What I liked in this shot was the use of the negative space at the bottom. THAT for me, creates the balance.

Thanks Avi.

Different cameras. Different countries. Different months!

This one is more of an experiment for the 'world shoot film day' (forums).

http://www.usefilm.com/Photo_Forum/22/1013712/

I ran the whole film through that day and processed it at home the next. I am only just finding the time to scan some results.

I do like this type of grass though, especially when photographed into the sun.

I like this composition much more than the earlier one.. for me, this shot is more balanced. Good job, Paul !!
