About	Well, ok, maybe not such a great hunter but he thought he was, at least for the moment. While camping at Clear Lake in N. California at this great campsite right at the lakeshore with our own private beach, I tethered Opie, my Jack Russell Terrier, to a tree so he could play in the water a bit. After awhile, a few ducks swam by when suddenly Opie lunged out after them making a big splash into the water. Well needless to say the ducks decided it was time to make a quick exit. I was lucky I had my camera ready and with just one shot, captured the action. Wish it had come out a bit more sharp so I tried to compensate by sharpening in PSP - hope I didn't overdo it.

Thank you very much Subhranil. Appreciate your comment. Surprised that no one else has commented on this one. I too liked the "action" in this shot. Perhaps people thought it represented cruelty to animals, but in reality my dog Opie was on a leash and where he is in the photo is the extent of his chase. The title is more or less a joke.... I do not let him hunt, although I'm sure he'd be quite good at it.
