Hi Kes,
Yes, I was using the 580EX II with a better beamer.
Flash settings were:
ETTL, high sync, Manual Mode, at 50mm (recommended for better beamer and exposure -2.
For such an overcast day, I think the flash did a great job.

Wow! 90mm! Yamil, that's even closer than I thought! I assumed that was sunlight on the eagle...or was it your flash?

It's amazing how close you can get to the eagles in Homer.
The focal lenght in this shot was 90mm.
