About We had our exhibit in school on 3/15 to celebrate the end of our photo 1 course. The show was great, a lot of people came and each student displayed 6 photos. My theme was "lonely Coney Island" this was my opening photo. I will post the next 5 in the coming days. Hope you like it!

...you diserve it Julie, it's NOT easy a photographer to imagine a shot like that, the most of these elements near to us are not interesting and the most of the people do NOT know how to USE them... well there are exceptions of course! :-)

Linda thank you so much for your sweet comment. My classes are so great Linda, I have learned a great deal since I started. The photo 1 course was 9 weeks long, once a week for 3 hours. I had no idea how much involved to take a photo (I have always loved to take pictures but never used manual settings), wow sometimes I would get out of class dizzy. Last week I started photo 2 which is more about developing a style, history...etc I really enjoyed the first class and had a ton of homework to get it done. So much more to learn still but I am loving every second of it.
Thank you for your support always!
Besos,
Julie.

Thank you so much dear Michele. I wanted to do something different other than your usual ferris wheel picture and once I saw the playground and looked thru the arch I knew I wanted to frame it around the wheel. It was a favorite yesterday at the exhibition I guess because of its unusual frame. I am glad you like it.
Big hug,
Julie.

Julie what really stands out in your images is the clarity...always excellent! The sharpness and tones are very good too, and you present such an interesting image too, so much to see. I really like the way you used the archway to frame the ferris wheel...great job!! And I'd love to know more about your photo lessons, lucky you!! Very nice work again dear Julie...big hugs!!
