You got some very good details and also a pretty much unusual design here, Hussam! I think that a narroer aperture woul help to have also details on the yellow flower (or what is it?).
Go for manual with your 100mm macro lens, and it will pay back, really. I had the predecessor of that, until it was stolen, and I still remember the nice images it gave.
