About	Shot in Painted Hills above Whitewater in Palm Springs. I lived in these hills in 1975 and there wasn't ONE of these power windmills around. Personally I think they are awfull, costing anywhere from $30,000 to $75,000 A PIECE and on any given day only 5% of them are operational. They DO make for interesting photography though. Your Choice??? Beauty or The Beast?
