About	... these days. The newspapers seem to shy away from honest, direct information. The newspapers filter what we read through the dark glasses of social pre/mis-conceptions. This is from 1944. We will never, in our lifetimes see such honest reporting. Printed... the truth... social etiquette be darned. Right there, in front of our eyes... for us and all the world to see... the truth. The facts of life and death ... "STREATOR MAN'S ESTATE BEQUEATHED TO CHILDREN" ...there it is.. right in the open for all to see. Life... death... and the value of it all.

I ask this... should the press shield us from this? As hard as it is to look at... should the press take it upon itself to edit/shield us from this??? I say... NO! Give it to me straight... serve me up a heaping helping of reality....
