Excellent eye for the special moment and good skills for catching it too, Afsaneh! The atmosphere and the details are very strong, especially as the dramatic sky in light stands in great contrast to the building.
Some less heaven and more earth perhaps? The upper part of the image seems to be somehow wasted in comparison the the great rest of it.

One minute I saw it,and the next I didn't..
Too quick for me to even blow it up(5th viewr!)
Now I see its reupload..
very nice tones of blue with pleasant architectural perspective,Afsaneh!
I,too,believe a little crop from the top would have made it stand out a lot better..
But it deserves a 7 anyways..

Well its a nice picture
Perfect focus and a good depth of field
but a little crop from the top (to the darker area) would do somthing.
