Great shot! The colors are excellent, beautifully saturated, and the action interesting. It almost tells a story about that children. You made an excellent crop. Maybe the upper and bottom frames are too thick to my tastes, but that's not important. What really matters is the photo, which is excellent.

and about Rarindra,he shoot with RAW format,dodge and burn..no advance photoshop,just middel level photoshop i think,the original images already good..

is pp=post prosesing? its just dogde and burn..
the other pp is depend on the image that u want to retouch...i usualy use dodge and burn,level,curves,high pass sharpening,color balance with masking(just for the background,kids is mask so it not get the warm color effect that i want for the BG)...thats what i do for this images..thanks for ur visit...
